Why is my usage data not up to date in the app?
I am a new customer on the 4G 6Gb plan which is advertised as providing speed of up to 100Mbps, and I live in Ottawa, with no connection problems with my previous providers (Rogers and Bell).  I just checked my speed on SpeedTest.net and got only 22....
I am a new customer.  I signed up yesterday using a friend's referral code. I was supposed to receive a $10 bill credit. Where is it?  There is no mention of it on my account.  Why not?
