Over charged

Hi

I've purchase some long distance time but I've been charged twice but I've only made one purchase. How can I resolve this, please?

@Jérôme1 are you able to confirm this under the PM app when you look at your payment history? If you are seeing this under your credit card charges just know that some credit cards will list pending payments and then it will show posted payments. After being posted the pending part should be gone within 24hrs, his might be what you are seeing. If not, you will need to reach a CS_agent and they can make the adjustments, just click on the orange round circle in the bottom right corner and then type: Customer Support Agent
