My condo has an intercom system. When someone buzz, it will call the phone number.
When buzzer tries to call my phone number, it keeps saying the call can not be completed, please check the phone number.
try calling, and answering call from other phone, the calling function works. The buzzer system is a landline, and I just have the Esim only ( iPhone). I don’t know if getting a physical sim would solve ?

since you only got the number for a day, I would wait another 24 hours and test it again before open ticket with PM
and when you open ticket, you have to tell them what is the number when buzz code call you so PM can trace (ask your management)
To open ticket, just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
or message them using this link:

Hello @Tyrr
I would suggest contact customer service and asking them to reset your network on their end.
To submit a ticket with CS Agent using this link

This may not be a YOU problem, this may be your condo board system. They may need to contact the installer to find out why it's not working. And FYI, they can and do go to cell phones all the time.

but are you receiving calls from others? wonder if the incoming is working
and how long you changed number?

We try adding 1 in front as well. It still doesn’t work. Even when the security try to call me via their landline phone, it still say “ the call can’t be completed “. But they use another work phone to call me, and it’s working.

I don’t think the long distance is the issue. My previous number was out of Ontario. And it worked for years.
My current number is (647) within Toronto. And my condo is at Mississauga.

nothing to do with esim, more a condo buzz system problem, maybe try a 1 in front of the 10 digits

HI @Tyrr
those code buzzer might not be able to redirect to mobile phone
you have to make sure the mobile phone number is in the same city as the building , i meant the "local" boundary set by Bell. Buzz system will not make long distance calls
