I am ready to cancel this crap!!!! I have spent more than 30 minutes trying to log in, and finally when logged in, I want to update my profile. The system tells me my city of Laval does not exist - it's only rthr 2nd biggest in Quebec, but doesnt exist on your listing. I want to update my credit card for payment, but nowhere to be found. I need answers RIGHT NOW or goodbye public mobile I am a truly pissed off customer.

I hear ya man this carrier is a joke ,, get out while you can . The site hasn't worked right in years now.

Just to add. I do believe I had my full address in my profile. But appears that the new revised site, the conversion was untested and simply put, the city did not carry over for whatever the reason may be.

The city list isn't based on postal code. The list is pre-set and the same no matter which postal code is entered and will show all cities alphabetically in the list that can be chosen for the selected province. I know this because on my account, the city name is blanked out because it got delteed by the system when Pubilc Mobile made these changes to the Self Serve website. There are also many cities missing from the list. On that note, it's baffling that the system refuses to let the customer save the address in the profile unless a city is selected from the list and that it also won't accept a city name that's typed in.

Looks like list is based on postal code. My city not there and are not wasting my to find closet as that would be wrong (and so many I am close to) but my postal code tells enough anyways.....and it is saved into my profile. So not to worry about it times 3.

You are on a prepaid plan......address does not matter.
Go into payments in My Account and you will see where to change credit card. Select MANAGE PAYMENT METHOD.

@issie , the pull down menu of cities is somewhat lacking. It is not essential that the exact city is chosen. Pick the closest city from the list. As for payment update, the entries is found in the payments tab where you will see an option to manage payment options.
