I purchased add on and was charged for it. However now, it says I have no active add ons and no available funds. Anybody know why the add ons aren't showing up?

Your probably looking at old cached information. Try logging into your account using a different browser in incognito mode. Maybe try logging into your account using a computer or laptop instead of your mobile phone.

Cleared cache and went incognito and it worked! Cheers!

Can you log in again but clear your browser cache and go incognito. Also click on the spinner icon to refresh.
