City I live in

I updated my address to alberta.  The system says Okotoks is not valid but I live there. T1S xxx even says it is valid

You don't need any support. The address has no effect on anything here. To get past the limited selection of cities to complete any of those changes just pick whatever city.

If you have a phone number with an area code not from AB then you will be charged the taxes of that province where the area code is from. If you want to pay AB taxes then either change your number or or buy vouchers in a store in AB.

Address does not matter much to PM. They will never send you anything. Unless you buy a used phone then you will have to provide correct address.

Hi @tonyfielding  the city list there does not cover all cities , so, just pick on close by you 🙂
