Chatbot Ticket Submission Error Fixed

Hi everyone, 

According to PM management, the chatbot ticketing issue has been finally fixed.  This is specific to the error customer received when trying to submit a ticket through chatbot. A few oracles have tried the ticketing system and it seems to be working.  

Just a friendly reminder to our regular community members.  Public mobile prefers customers submit ticket for CSA help since it will provide faster service from CSA and PM would be able to track tickets and problems . So, if possible, for your future interactions with community members, try to recommend customers to submit ticket first via the chat bot.  

If there are more ticketing issues, maybe provide the link to this post so Public mobile can further investigate.

@LitlLdy  I got mine replied within 10 mins.. Today must be a problem free day, support agent are relaxing 🙂

I needed to contact CS_Agents for an issue with my account, so I can also confirm that submitting a support ticket through the chatbot/virtual assistant worked for myself! I received a response back within just a few minutes! Although I was asked for the same info again to verify who I am that was included when filling out the form to submit the support ticket so receiving a response back from that took over 1 hr!

At least we know it finally works! 🤞

Also, I would have edited my previous message here to add this but when I do the whole thing disappears from posts! There’s issues with my community postings since sometime in May when this new system was setup which still hasn’t gotten fixed for me! Sorry 😞

Yes, I agree this is the preferred method of directing customers to submit a support ticket via the chatbot/virtual assistant when it is working properly.
