Charged wrong price and wrong plan

Well,

I pressed change on next renewal a couple days ago (Came up for renewal last night so made sure to do it before then) to the 5G 20GB PLAN. Everything was going to plan. Even screenshotted payment screen. Got charged the old PM BF $55 -20  20GB PLAN. 

 

I know the drill but still frustrating

This definitely has to be a glitch that you would contact support for.

Are you checking your CC charges or payment screen in PM account?  If the latter as @softech says maybe a browser cache issue.  If it's actual CC charge contact CS_Agent.

I cannot believe this is still an issue with PM. Yeah, it was the browser cache glitch. But what I find interesting is when I went into incognito and showed my 5G new black friday plan. It also shows me having a scheduled change in Dec for the SAME EXACT PLAN. Public mobile be very weird sometimes

@Anonymous is that your previous plan?? Maybe just browser cache glitch and you are not seeing the correct info?  Login again using Incognito mode and check once more.  If still wrong plan got renewed, message support for them to help, they can probably manually change the plan back if you have the screenshot to prove
