@Nituizi how you change it?? those text offer? if it is, it will schedule to change on next renewal
if you manually change on My Account, did you use Change on renewal?
and you can chexk again by using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser, go to change subscription page, and check if you see a pending change there

Did you select "change on renewal date"?
Your plan should be under the "Subscriptions and Add-Ons" page. If you are on phone, this page can be accessed by clicking the "+" icon on the bottom left.
