Black Friday has offers that take place immediately if you want. Note it means you will be billed and start a new billing cycle (regardless of time / data left in the old cycle).

Hopefully your phone will actually work. I switched and have no internet now. And many others with the same issue too.

@Nituizi how you change it?? those text offer?  if it is, it will schedule to change on next renewal 

if you manually change on My Account, did you use Change on renewal?

and you can chexk again by using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser, go to change subscription page, and  check if you see a pending change there

Did you select "change on renewal date"? 
Your plan should be under the "Subscriptions and Add-Ons" page. If you are on phone, this page can be accessed by clicking the "+" icon on the bottom left.
