@yergy if you are on Public Points, It is not automatic

Login My Account, go to Rewards page and click Login to Reward portal after

When you are there, check if you have 15 or more points already. If so, then you can go to Cataloge page and redeem 15 poimts for $15 bill credit The amount will be deposited to your My Account as available funds within 24 hours
