Charged twice

  • Due to the extreme difficulty trying to switch my account from Koodo to Public Mobile I ended up being charged twice on my visa. Once on November 15/24  for $33.60 which never created an account, and again  in November 16/24 for $33.60 when the account was successfully created. Can you please reverse one of the charges. I will also contact Visa.

Wait for Public Mobile customer service, if you dispute the charge with VISA you may end up not being able to auto-pay your PM account with your credit card for some time.

@Ferlyn  If you check your credit card is one charge just pending ? If so it should fall off but if both charges are posted then submit ticket with support to fix 

submit ticket with support using the chat bubble bottom right of screen 

 

If that doesn’t work you can always send  direct  private message to support .

any chance one of them just a pending charge?
