05/30/2026 you company charged me $20.16 for no reason. Please explain. Otherwise please refund.
05/21/2026 your company charged me $33.60 for no reason. Please explain. Otherwise please refund.

and it is normal they asked you all those question.  Security is important, better safe and trouble than sorry

one thing, PM does not charge you "3rd and 5th of each month. ", PM has a 30 days cycle and the date they charge would be moving up after every other month

but it is hard to explain why you got those charges.  Check with PM agent directly

submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Ticket", Then click the following in order: "Account Management" , "Log In".

our two plans with Public Mobile are old plans, each is charged $21.28/month after tax, collected around 3rd and 5th of each month. 

 

And because of those regular & normal charges, I could not understand why 5/30 I got charged $20.16 , and then 05/21 $33.60.

 

Can you explain why?

i submitted the ticket by direct message. But he is asking me more than 8 confidential questions in order to GET ACCESS to my account.  That is just aweful!  Public mobile definitely can do a better job than that.

yes, I do have two accounts with Public Mobile.  But each has been regularly charged $21.28 each month respectively.   Those two normal monthly charges  have been collected successfully. So what are the reason for these two disputed charges?

this is interesting.   I see a more expensive plan on 5/21 and a cheaper charge on 5/30.   I doubt you can downgrade.  

But you know what plan you have? and before 5/21, when was the last renewal date? 

Login My Account, go to Payment history and get the answer there.  Or post the Payment history screenshot from April till now and we can further assist
