I subscribed and paid for a plan 2 weeks ago and did not receive a sim card. I purchased another sim card with amazon and it asked for payment again. I am now unable to contact an agent or submit a ticket for support and i still do not have service. Can anyone help?

If like others, you cannot submit a ticket then take the direct Private message option.

It's a confusing system where you can buy a sim and a plan on the web site but then you're required to complete in the app. But logging in to the app with the credentials you made on the web site should work and then you continue the sign up with the app. But I would have thought that it should not ask for more money. That's already done. So then yes I wonder if you went back to the web site and did it again.
Anyway, I'm sure support will sort it all out.

you need to submit ticket with agent as said above.
they need to pick an account and make sure the account and sim card setup
and then close the other account, and hopefully refund you the money for the 2nd account

I’m really not sure. I have one log in. I believe i started on the web and maybe continued with the app. All of this is WTH! All know is i paid twice and still have no service

do not open a new account. You can just submit ticket with PM agent and they can link this back to your old account. If you already created a new account, tell them and see what they can do

Did you complete the sign up in the app? Or did you start again on the web site? Did you use the original log in you first made? Did you in fact pay again or did you stop there wondering wth?
