I’ve been using public mobile for over 5 years never had an issue to this extent the last few days my data and clearly other users are having data issues and it’s evident after troubleshooting it’s an issue on the providers side this issue needs to be resolved immediately or I will be switching plans. impossible to submit a ticket and the chat bot is entirely useless

Everyone will agree the chatbot does nothing for the site. Also, it's a known fact Public Mobile throttles their data speeds. This has been going on for years. Only way to avoid this is to switch providers, a tier 1 provider like Telus, Rogers or Bell.
