@CPC26 because of the poor cache issue, I suggest to always use Incognito mode when you try to access My Account. Incognito mode to force the page to call the server for updated info/usage instead of showing cached information

This is likely due to a caching issue within the Public Mobile self-serve site.
Clear your system cache and cookies, then open and incognito tab, before trying logging in again.
Then, when on the self-serve screen, tap this area to be sure you're getting a non-cached version of the page:
