I payed for the new student plan but I only received the 10.5 gb at 3G speed, but I was charged for the student plan.

How do you know you didn't get the new plan @LiamB4 ? Call 611 and check your data balance, it is tell you higher than your old plan?

Try different browser. Try incognito mode. Clear browser cache,cookie, Try refresh.

Click on the little spinner refresh icons lower down. That might show the new plan. Or try incognito mode.
