Hello,
I am frustrated with your change plan link not working on the website. I've been trying to change for months now but when i click on 'change plan' linkt it brings me to a page with the 'current plan' and 'new plan' sections but there is nothing displayed in those sections.
I'm considering leaving public mobile because of this problem. I've recommended this service to several people but the lack of support is frustrating. I just want to change my plans, why is that not working???
Thanks in advance for any help. Please convince me I should stay on as a customer.

Not showing anything for me either....thats a first. Have you been that unlucky to get that every time you have tried previously? I'll keep an eye on it and give you a heads up its back private message if you like....and as @softech mentioned...

I've tried incognito, cleared cache, rebooted, different browsers without luck. It does appear to work on my phone though, so maybe that's just how I have to manage it. Not great, but I think I can work with it and now I can change my plan.

@buckshot44 Look like the plan change page has been having issue lately but those are mainly browser issue. Please try the following:
1. Try using a different browser (Chrome/Edge/Firefox).
2. Try Incognito Mode or InPrivate mode
3. Try to clear browser cache.
4. Try access from another machine.

You may also find that when these plan choices are not displaying under the Change Plan tab, that means Public Mobile is updating their website (doing 'behind the scenes' work).
This is always temporary and usually resolves the next day.
Sometimes it also means they are putting together new plan options... but don't hold your breath. 🙄

Below is how this is done.
If it doesn't work, try clearing cache and cookies and opening an incognito tab and trying again.
You can also try a different browser from a different device.
Here’s the process for changing plans, first login to Self Serve to this screen:
Then, click Change Plan:
Then select desired Plan:
Then choose Change on Next Renewal Date:
