Changing phone number AND phone with same SIM

Am I able to use my same SIM card to put into my son's phone and change the phone number to his current number under a different plan? Can you assist with the steps for doing this if so?

Thank you! What if I keep the number that comes on the SIM card. Am I able to put the card in my son's phone and it will use the original number assigned to the SIM? (I transferred my phone number which was once on the SIM to a new account on a new SIM)

you could put your sim in his phone...but you couldn't change ph numbers to use his number.

hi @shellyrwang you can use your sim card on your son's phone.  But you cannot move your son's phone number from a other PM account to yours.  No phone no numbet move or swap between PM accounts
