I have a current plan but when I logging it’s asking me to choose another plan

this means your My Account and email are not currently linked and you need PM to help
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here

If you're using the Android app, go into the app settings and clear the cache first then clear the data. Reboot phone and log in again. Just a known bug with PM.

if you're using laptop..try a different web browser.
If using app...delete the one you have and download a new one.
