Hello,

I'd like to change my plan to 4G data for $24, boxing week special.  How can I change it?

Under 'change subscription' in my account, there is no such an option.

Please help me.

Thanks,

I have 2 numbers with PM mobile for a long time.  PM used to be good with customer loyalty.  I think it is about time they revisit what "loyalty" means.  None of this ticketing/luck stuff to get plan change.  Getting ridiculous with cr*ppy website and poor support.  People tolerated that for the savings in the past...  I could switch to Rogers by end of today.  My friend keep pinging me to switch so he gets $50 referral credit and I get $50 credittoo.   Hmmm...

hi @iLuvPM check around the Community posts, many more reported the luck.  Should be an easy ask

I think there is no point in creating a ticket for this.  Others on here tried and learned their luck does not exist.

hi @iLuvPM it was because youbwerr using Chatbot.   Plesse use the message agent link i posted above

Sorry to say this.  PM ticket system is cr*p.  I tried creating a ticket 3 times now and every time it says error.   Luck is involved in loyalty plan?

hi @iLuvPM

you can check your luck with PM agent.   please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

Remember, that plan supposed to be for new activation, so agent has the right to decline your request, although some reported they got it.

I meant Rogers, not Fido in my last post.  I have until end of today to decide to switch since this is the last day of the deal.  I'm doing PM a service not posting the Rogers store offering this deal in Ottawa.  Show us some loyalty, PM!  It works both ways!

This is ridiculous.  I have a family of 6 and I cant change 4 kids accounts from $15 to $24 plan.  And I also want to change my terrible $25 3G plans for myself and my wife to this plan.  Fido offered me to move my whole family to a 75GB 4G share plan for $25 plus $15 per additional number for 2 years and get subsidized phones.  I could transfer to fido and come back in 2 years.  But I want to stay here and be loyal customer and avoid switching in inconveniences.  How is this loyalty stuff work at PM again ?

I understand the way but it seems too complicated. Thanks for your reply.

Now I see.  Thanks for your kind reply.  Have a good holidays!

hi @SEANAHN only way to keep the number and enjoy the new plan is to port your number to another carrier and then port back into PM

Sadly no @SEANAHN . PM doesn't allow you to move phone number to different accounts. You'd have to port out your number elsewhere and then back.

I got you, but I want to keep my phone number with the new plan.  Can I do that? I think I can cancel my plan anytime and get a new plan with the same phone number, can't I?

@SEANAHN

You can but you will need to port out then port back if you want to keep your old number and you will lose all your rewards.

PM normally have new promos every month so you can check in periodically for deals.

hi @SEANAHN it can be done easily if you don't care thr phone number.  But if you want to keep the number, you have to port your number out to another carrier and port it back when creating the new account.   You can not just switch number between 2 PM accounts

In theory, you can have as many paid accounts as you wish. I know someone here who has 4 phone lines to himself. Just 4 different email addresses of course.

If you are the new point system and don't care about your number, you could always get this new plan and toss your old one. However, if you're on the old Legacy Rewards plan, you may wish to take some time to consider it as you'd lose all your LR's.

But really, there isn't anything really stopping anyone from cancelling their accounts and starting fresh.

I am just wondering if I can cancel my existing plan now and subscibe the new promotion plan. Can I do that?
