My wife just recently changed from lucky mobile to public mobile but che can't make calls her data is activated and she can receive calls but just can't make any calls at all it keeps saying it's not activated but I called public mobile they said it's activated but it still not working

Oh. Have you tried going into your settings and make sure it's set as the Primary service? Then you can go into your network settings and pick Public Mobile and then reboot. Let me know if that works.

@hairbag1 the port was successful as he said there is no service anymore. Once the service is dead, the port was successful. Hence the reason I asked if he still had service if he stuck the SIM card back in it. 🙂

Send them a message and let them know what issues you're having. I'm thinking they just need to reset your network or provision your SIM card.

@Nathan_chieffer have you rebooted the phone ?? You can also try to reset network settings . This will also erase any saved wifi passwords you will just have to re enter it again . All can you try the SIM card in another phone to test ? If still no luck please submit ticket with support

click the little envelop icon on top right side of page...I sent you a message with a number to call to make sure port was completed successfully.

No it doesn't have service anymore and we tried rebooting it still not working

If she places her Lucky Mobile SIM card into her phone, does she still have service? Dumb question, have you tried rebooting the phone?
