Hi there, my plan is 3G speed $25. I would like to change to 4G $24 3GB I see online.
However when I tried to do from my account the plan I want to change won't come up.
I reached out the chat , the agent told me to reach out customer support they only deal with new activation customers.

So customers like me don't get better offer , recommended plan I get is 50GB $39 4G speed which I don't need.

@Smasma - whatever you see in your MY ACCOUNT under the change subscription area are the plans that you are able to change to. So check those out regularly as they do change, sometimes often.
Customer Support from PM is reached by that CHAT BUBBLE bottom right of the screen, seen below:
or, you can use your INBOX messages to sent to 'CS_Agent'.
Sounds like you were using the activations only area...funny they don't even tell you how to contact PM support...🙄

@Smasma Sorry that plan is just for new activations only . Not for existing customers unfortunately
