Changing Subscription, Change Now VS Change on Renewal Date

My current 4G plan renews 18 days from now. If I upgrade my subscription using the "Change Now" option, do I get a partial refund or credit for the unused portion of my current plan?

PM is prepaid provider and no partial refund if you use "change now" option.  Only use that if you need the extra data now (as you used up all for your current cycle already).  If not in that situation, please use "Change on renewal" to schedule the plan change to avoid losing money
