to see what plan you're currently subscribed to...log in on a laptop, then try this..
You should be able to see your plan and date for next renewal.

@Adrian1075_rhod you changed your plan ?
First are you able to use any PM service now? or no service at all?
Just to rule out browser cache problem, please login My Account using Incognito Mode and confirm if your current account is Active or On Hold (Suspended) ?
Check the Subscription & Add-ons page and see if it shows the new plan you want.
Check Payment history to see if it shows PM charged you the correct amount, new plan charge or old?
Reboot your phone once.
If still no service, test your PM sim in another phone. This can force a sim reprovision and it can resolve problem quickly without support's involvement
