Changed plan

I changed my plan about 4-5 days ago to the 5 gig plan at 4g and it still has my old plan. I chose to have my plan changed at next renewal. If I was to change my plan right away, would they charge me the amount I just paid plus an additional 40 bucks for the new plan? Or would it just be the difference? Thanks

Thanks, I’ll make sure if I ever decide to change it again.

After clicking any little spinner refresh icons or using private mode - check for anything like this...

If there's nothing mentioning a different plan under your current plan then there's nothing set to change in the future.

It’s fine, I’ve already changed it. It was mentioned by one of the support guys that my plan will be changed in November. Can you make sure that it is just left alone? Thanks

You're running away with the process here. You were already told that changing plan now will start a new plan now. There is no pro-rating here. Did you pay for the new plan for the Oct 26th renewal? Because there is terrible caching here that you would have needed to work with after the 26th to see the new plan details.

how do I get a credit? My plan was supposed to be changed yesterday and obviously something messed up on your end. There is no reason I should have to pay 75 dollars for a 40 dollar plan, thank you.

I’ve changed my plan to the 15 gig plan today. It was 40 dollars on top of the 35 I’ve already paid. Could you please not change the plan on November 26th? It has already been changed and I had to pay the extra 40 dollars which I was unaware of. You should clarify this in the plan. It’s unfair how I had the plan setup to change on October 26th and now I have to pay extra.

If you opted to Change plan now...you would be charged for new plan right away.

You get no credit for unused portion of old plan.

@mcmike1982   It is true usually we don't recommend people to use "Change plan now" option if they don't need the new speed or new data immediately, So, you have made a good choice to pick "Change on the renewal"

In your situation, is today the first day of your 4G speed day?  It can take up to 48 hours for the new speed to come.  Also, please use Incognito mode to login to My Account to confirm your current plan.  The site has some cache issue and using Incognito mode is a better way to assure you get the correct plan info and usage
