So I changed my plan and like a dummy I didn’t read that my previous plan wouldn’t be refunded. It just renewed. Is there any way to under this?

HI @KarissaDee If both payment came off the same day (i.e, you made your plan change right after the plan renewal earlier in the day), you have a chance to ask PM to reverse one of the transaction and leave the fund in the account for future use. But if you did that couple days after, then you might not be getting any refund. Anyway, don't be shy, open ticket with PM Support and explain them what happened
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

@KarissaDee oh, darn it, that's too bad. Prepaid here...but if you ask CSA and see.
Public Mobile Representatives customer support agents (CSA) can be contacted by either two methods, found here:

New plans start immediately after you pay for the plan. You could try and ask support for a refund. You can
open a ticket with PM CS Agent at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
