It's not a scam it's real people from telus and bell and rogers by call or going to door to door, but they have amazing deal.. if you want to get deal with them ask for job id and contact number back to call them to get done deal.

PM is a prepaid service provider and does not sell new phones. PM plan cost does not include any monthly payment for phone. Therefore, it is a scam.
It may be true if it is a postpaid service. But $35 is for the monthly payment for the iPhone 13 Pro Max for 24 months and does not include the monthly payment for the postpaid plan. iPhone 13 Pro Max is a new flagship phone from Apple. Even with the new iPhone 14 is coming. The monthly payment for the phone and plan is too cheap.
Take a look at The Mobile Shop selling the iPhone 13 Pro Max for a few providers. They are around $34/m for the phone only for the second tier postpaid providers. Postpaid plan cost is not included.

Look for the fine print. Bestbuy has that from Koodo for $33 a month. Obviously for 2 years. Oh...$840 down.

some one calls you. Is a scam. Tell them nothing. Probably after your banking or credit card info.

Hi @phani404 Could it be someone from Koodo or Telus
I know somehow , some Koodo and Telus sales have way to get our numbers some how and will try to sell those deals.
But PM does not sell new phone, for sure no phone+plan deals

Were they asking for information from you @phani404 ? I wouldn't trust it if so.
Who did they say they were?
