Changed phone plan

Hello i have switched my phone plan to 5g , it was 3g before. Ever since i have changed it early this morning because i am now in the us, before canada and now i still have no service. 

Please help me

@Maria33   Do you have a Canada-US plan or a US roaming add-on?  If so, what phone do you have?  If it is not a VoLTE enabled phone you will only be able to use T-Mobile's 2G network for voice calls.

@Maria33  Set phone to 4G/LTE. Not 5G and connect to T mobile or AT&T . Also ensure you have data roaming turned on in phone settings
