If I change $15/30days to $25/30days plan, I have 2 loyalty, 3 referrals and 2 autopay rewards right now,  these rewards keep applying to my account?

This should not happen @YLvancouver if she used to receive the $1 reward and you are the referee with still an active plan. And she is on the original rewards program.

If this is the case, have her account submit a ticket to CSA to inquire about the missing refer-a-friend reward.

HI @YLvancouver   if you and your family are on the old reward system, don't look at the new one.  We all agree one earns more on the old system than the new

If you want to check if you are on the old or new system, login to My Reward site, if your rewards are in dollar value, you are good and you are on the old system.  If you see everything referred as points, you are on the new system.

Here are the info on the new point system:

If your daughter activated before later January then she would have been on the old rewards system as your topic title asks about. After later January all new accounts can only be on the points system. But old accounts can choose to change to the new points system (most previous customers would say don't).

I was asking this as it would seem extremely unlikely that you changing plans would affect your daughter getting the referral reward if she's still on it. The new points system would give her points. But not a reduction of her plan at renewal.

You can all log in to the rewards system to see which one you're each on. It's the same login as the account (not this community).

We don't know about points. what's it and how does it work?

Then did she switch to points?

I switched the plan, from $15 to a $25 plan. I was referred by my daughter, she used to receive $1 for referring. But after I changed my plan, she could no longer receive that $1 refer reward.

They should be applied to any plan you switch to.

@YLvancouver  - what did you switch, providers or plans?

Are you sure your referrals are not suspended or ported their numbers out elsewhere?

@ghxhongxia Changing plans will not automatically move you to the new rewards system. So, you will stay with your current reward program.

Just don't OPT IN in your account. 🙂

@ghxhongxia   Yes you'll still receive all your rewards and plan changes don't affect that.  BTW, don't change your rewards for the new points system as you won't be able to go back to the old rewards.
