I'm trying to change my payment method to another account but always receive failed and I should try again, what should I do now?

If you need to pay right away, you may want to consider getting a payment voucher either instore (ie. Shoppers, Canadian Tire, shell gas) or online (recharge.com - service fee applies).
As mentioned the website is finicky, you could try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Or try a different device.

are you using a valid Mastercard or Visa debit ? Make sure to confirm zero's and O's. Make sure to use correct postal code.
added..try using a laptop but use incognito mode / Private mode.....see if that helps.
