I cancelled my account 2 months ago (on-line). But, I am still be invoiced monthly. Please cancel the account and confirm the cancellation. Thanks. ***@****

you cancelled your account 2 months ago, may I know how you cancelled it? ported out the number or you disable Autopay ?
Can you still login My Account? if yon check Payment page, Manage Subscription and check if "Subscribed" is toggled on or off

In order to cancel the account you have to disable the autopay. This will un-subscribe and after 90 days of non payment, the account will no longer be charged. If you have already done this and still be charged then you can submit a request to Public Mobile and the link below.

@pauljoseph- what did you do / how did you cancel (2 months ago)? Are you able to log into your account? Either way, you should contact a CS rep (click link below) and have them clean it up. They **Might** be able to get you a refund.
