Hi I am wanting to cancel my plan with you guys, I just switched over today and that was a big run around first of all and then when I finally got switched over I can’t watch any videos, video calling is horrible quality and I’m in the city so I’m not very hopeful when I go home in the country. How do I cancel and do I get charged for the whole month or can I cancel and get refunded thanks

@Dt8 It sounds possible that something isn't working right, why not open a ticket with customer service (use the chat icon bottom right of this page) and see if they can fix it before deciding to leave. I'm in a rural area and Public Mobile works fine for me.

@Dt8 Public mobile is prepaid and no refunds if you want to cancel easily and keep phone number port number out to new carrier and it will close the account . If you don’t care about the phone number you can turn off auto subscribe in your account
Turn auto subscribe off/on
Or you can ask support to remove your credit card info on file right away to ensure you don’t get charged again
