I just paid the first month fee on a new account and have not yet activated it. How do I cancel and get a refund?

@rjphone - To cancel, please try contacting an agent. Please do not do a credit card chargeback as if you have Mobility / Home services in the present / in the future with TELUS, Koodo or Public, it may fail.
