@CS_Agent My wife's account looks like has wrong email being used so she can't seem to get the OTP email with the code how can I reset the accou

@SuperV 

I assume that you unable to receive 2FA text to access your account?  That is usually the first option to access self service account.  If that fails, then you can get 2FA email instead.  

Then you will likely need to get CSA help
