When you post things on this forum, it is completely open to anyone with internet access - you are NOT dealing with Public Mobile staff. 

 

We are customers just like you, on this public forum.  If you post personal information on this forum for anyone to see, you open yourself to possible spam or other attacks against you.

 

To reach Public Mobile staff in a confidential manner for e-mail/username changes on your account, here's how you contact Moderators (who are Public Mobile customer service); there are 2 methods:

 

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type moderator, then select contact us, then select you need a human now.  Follow the prompts to submit a ticket,  or, 
  2. Send a private message to the moderator by clicking here  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

@Mr9   Please use the 3 dots top right of your post and then edit/delete your email from your post.  You're posting on a open public forum.

 

To change emails, you'll need to ask moderators by clicking on the chatbot bubble bottom right of screen and type in "change email" and follow prompts until you're able to submit a ticket.  If unable to submit a ticket then click the envelope icon (top right, next to your avatar) and send a private message to Moderator_Team with same subject heading (change email).

 

Edit:  BTW if you're wanting a password reset, that also requires moderators assistance or you can use this link:  https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/
