So, looking through the posts, I see I am far from the only one with this issue. When receiving a call, the caller is unable to hear me, but I can hear them. This is happening on both my iphone and my wife's Samsung, so it's highly unlikely it's a phone issue. It doesn't happen every time, but more often than not. It happens from multiple locations and with full bars showing on the phone. Texting is fine, no issues. I suspect it's a network issue that PM either chooses not to address or is beyond their ability to resolve. Anyone have an answer if this is fixable, or am I going to have to go with a different carrier?

Thanks. Doesn't appear to have worked, but I appreciate the suggestion.

@brucerap59 hi follow these steps
on 4G LTE devices, the PRL(preferred roaming list) is updated with your SIM card. To ensure you have the latest PRL, you can power your phone off and remove/reinsert the SIM card once a month or so.
then reset your network settings
iPhone:
1. From the home screen navigate to Settings>General>Reset
2. Tap Reset Network Settings
If prompted enter your passcode
3. Tap Reset Network Settings
4. Restart your phone
Samsung:
1. Open Settings>General Management>Reset
2. Tap Reset Network Settings>Tap Reset Settings
If prompted enter your pin, passcode
3. Tap Reset Settings 1 more time to confirm
4. Restart

Yes, your wife experiencing the same does mean that this is likely an issue beyond your control. I mean have you heard others who you know complaining of the same. The more people who are having this happen, the more likely the symptoms are to be repeatable. I do wonder if this has anything to do with some customers reporting that calls aren't coming through lately unless disabling LTE.

This type of issue is difficult to troubleshoot becase the issue appears to happen randomly. Also, for any phone call, there is another person's phone as possibly another carrier involved. The intermittent nature.of.this issue leads me to believe that is temporary and that the issue could fix itself. Do you know anyone else using Public Mobile reporting the same?
