Change my current plan

vietbinh704

Hello,

I am now at $35/month and I like to change back to my previous plan as $25/month.

I am not sure that $25/month the data will be 1G/30 days, isn't it?

Regards,

Viet

Very easy! Just initiate Change on Next Renewal and on next renewal you will be downgraded.

Do NOT change plan immediately as you will be overpaying for overlapping plans.

@vietbinh704

It's 1GB with the $25 plan.

If you activated on the $35 plan using a 2GB Bonus code, you may be getting 5GB on the $35 plan.   If you are, and you lower to the $25 plan, just be aware you'll forfeit the 2GB bonus and not be able to get it back.

Perhaps this doesn't apply, just advising in case.

(EDIT:  I note you wrote, "change back to the $25 plan".  This infers you likely aren't under the 2GB bonus deal )

@vietbinh704   Yes, $25 plan has 1GB /30 days WITH Autopay enabled.

So, the only difference between $25 and $35 plan is just the data, $25 has 1GB with Autopay enabled while $35 has 3GB with Aut0pay enabled.

When you make the plan change, make sure you understand the difference of Change Now vs Change at the Next Renewal date

E-MyAcct-ChangePlanNow-NextCycle

People usually pick Change at the next renewal date to save money as Change Now would let PM starts the new cycle now and charge you the new plan amount now.  Any unused days from the current/old cycle will be forfeited, no refund
