Hello, my husband has the login account for my cell phone. I pay public mobile with a credit card. I cannot get into the account and my husband is separated from me. I want my cell phone under my account and I want to change payment methods

You have to gain access to your account and change password so he will not be able to mess it up or do any modifications to it.
If you cannot access your account contact agent to help you out as this is YOUR account.

easiest and fastest would be to add your husband for login details.
but yes, you can ask PM agent to help, but they will ask different validation questions, and you need to answer them correctly please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
