My wife and I are new to Public mobile and where we live there are no public mobile stores to purchase a sim card. So we ordered them and having them sent to us. Our accounts were set up on Jan 19th Well that has been 12 business days and still nothing. Do they come via Canada Post? Also Public Mobile does have our monies as it was paid on Jan 19th also. So we have purchased them and paid for them but cannot use our new cell phone provider as we dont have any sim cards.

Well where I live in northern Bc Canada. Amazon is not to fast either. Thanks though

Members have reported that it may take up to 3 weeks to arrive by Canada Post.
Amazon also sell the PM SIM at a lower price of $4.99 with faster delivery time.

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community you can send a private message To CS_Agents
