Change from ESim to regualr SIM Card

ESIM not working. I want to change to a SIM plan. Purchased a SIM on amazon.

When I initially made the switch to Public the app prompted me that my phone was ESIM compatible. It didnt work, and i already accepted to disconnect with my old provider. I don't have any cell connection and have been trying to get the Public SIM I ordered on Amazon working. I need to get connected ASAP. The app isnt helpful and I want to get the plan i originally signed up for.

the app keeps telling that ESIM is not installed.

I changed the SIM number. How do i set my plan now? I dont want to get double charged from keep switching the plans. Some reason its not showing the plan i originally subscribed for.

When you get your SIM card, I believe you just login to your account and update the SIM number.

you can simply login My Account and to to Profile page to update the sim card number. (Click the pencil to the right of the sim card number to update)

    (if you cannot receive 2FA via SMS, click "Didn't Receive code" or "Resend Code" and choose "Send email" to get 2FA)

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
