I recently purchased a plan form public mobile. however, people from other provider like Fido cant call me or I cant call them. some times working but seems unreliable. could you help to fix the issue.

I am currently using an iPhone 16, which is compatible with 5G networks, I always turned it one and off and tried so many different ways. I’ve tested my SIM card in two different iPhones, and the same issue persists: Fido customers are unable to call my number. Additionally, while I can occasionally place calls to Fido numbers, the connection often fails to complete.
This suggests a likely issue with the SIM card itself. I kindly request that you replace the SIM card to resolve this matter. If a replacement is not possible, I will need to cancel my service and transfer to another carrier.
Please advise on the next steps. I don't want to use ESim card.

what phone do you have? Not sure if your phone is fully compatible with PM network
But you can try to reboot the phone and Reset network settings first
Also, check if your phone is on PM's VoLTE whitelist, if not, that couple really affect your voice calls

Reboot your phone by powering off then back on.
If that didn’t work then contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the the Chat icon then type in Submit a Ticket and Contact or dm an agent.
