Hello, have changed my email on the one part of public mobile but in an email it said I will need to ensure this email address is the same as the one on your Public Mobile account in Self Serve.
How do I change my email in self serve?

Yes, as noted by @dust2dust, you need to verify your email so the email on your account will match the email on this Community by going to your avatar top right then My Settings there you will find your email address.
This way it will be easier for you to retrieve your email address on this Community page and also eliminate 🎣 (phishers) from making fake claims.

Is the email address in the account side a valid address that you can get to? If so, then you only need to match that email address in the community side. Then do the verify.

You will need to contact customer service agent to change email on your self service account.
