@SeanY yes, you can get a physical sim to free up eSIM slot 2

I found a reference that suggested that that phone can have two active esim accounts. This would then disable the sim slot.
But, did you activate here using an esim?
Yes, you could buy a physical sim and change it in your account. But if you have 2 active esims now then you would need to remove 1.

So if I buy sim card, then I can change it to slot 1?

Korean telecoms have their unique system, only allowing esSim to Imei2.

Sorry, the iPhone 13 Pro Max only allows for 1 SIM and 1 eSIM not 2 eSIM.

@SeanY curious, what is the difference? why need to change eSIM "slot"?

It would appear you can have 2 account esims active (but not using yet a third account sim). But it's all too late for you for how this company currently works. I have not read here of any plans to update that to how other providers can give the customer some flexibility. This place doesn't seem to like customers having flexibility.

I have iphone 13 pro max, one physical sim. I thought this phone can have 2 esim slots as well?

So even if I get a new qr code for esim, it will always be assigned to the current imei2 ?

@SeanY you have a duel eSIM phone?
it you have a physical+eSIM phone, only one of the two IMEI tied with eSIM
but at the moment, you cannot move eSIM from one phone to another, or from one eSIM slot to another (which is what you are trying to do)

@SeanY There’s a number for live support that can re trigger the port request will send you private message

Sorry, buit a new eSIM isn't assignable to an existing account.
