How do I change my account information (address and alt phone #) when I am the secondary on the account? Need to protect my account from being cut off by estranged spouse

Thank you. I have sent a message. If the accounts are separate, why am I unable to change my address and alt phone number?

It will not permit me to do so. I suspect because I did not set up the account but rather it was set up linked to my ex husband’s account. Is there any was to speak with a person who can help me?

You cannot be 'secondary' on PM account.
Here each account is for one customer only.
To change account info go to Profile and then
Most likely you should change credit card info as if spouse is primary owner he/she might cut you off the card and then you will have issue paying for the bill.

@PRD What do you meant by "secondary" on the account?
You can login to My Account , go to Profile page and update your address and alternative phone number info there

@PRD hi there is only 1 account per number, if you can't get into an account you need to contact a cs agent and prove who you are
