In the last 6 months to a year the Public Mobile cell service as become considerably worse. It used to be clear in my house, now it is broken up and can occasionally completely drop the connection.

Did it make any difference?

My wife is having the same issue so don’t think it is my phone but I will reset the network and see if that helps. Thanks

My network is set to LTE but I will switch to 3G and see how that works.

My wife is having the same issue so I don’t think it is related to my phone but will try a few of the suggested options.

So I doubt the cellular towers have been moved.
That would likely mean that you have been encountering interference from somewhere. Unless there is a problem with your device. Could you try your sim card in another phone? Is there a specific area of your house that is worse? I would do some online research into this as I doubt it is a Public Mobile issue.

@CraigW What do you have your network selection set to ? Try it in 3G or 5G and test to see if it helps with voice
