I have 2gigs of data since the beginning and I haven't changed it... I am still on 3g... Now today I got a notice that I had used all my data.... 100%, yet I 've only used 437mb... What is the problem...??? In my Data usage it still states that my data is 2.00GB data warning... But I 've never used this ever...

You maybe getting a notice on your data counter app on your phone. The counter runs on a monthly cycle but PM is on a 30 day cycle.

Only you account will show your current data usage. If you haven’t created an Eversafe ID, you won’t be able to login to your account. So click on Sign Up and create an ID. Let us know if you can login to your account after creating an ID.

Ok I will try that... But just to log in is quite an effort for success. It may take a while....

@Coolhandloo_09  First try this in your account like the pic , and then I’ll give you direct link to support to get your old community ID back seems ever safe had issues linking your old community ID easy fix for support 

simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons

Oh. Yes. Back in March I think?? Public Mobile updated their website to EverSafe 2FA security to protect members. Hence the reason you had to sign up again. It's a pain I know!

I am not new, but I've had to re-register again because it was not allowing me to log-in with my old credentials. Weird!!!!

If you've logged into your account, go to your profile and click that little dial that says refresh. It will tell you a very close amount that you've used.

Overview, then you'll see Subscription Usage and you'll see data listed there. Then click on this little counter clock image.
