Cant reset my password for my log in to my account

Hi, I am able to get into the community but I can't seem to log in to my account. When I choose the reset password option to have an email sent to reset my account, nothing happens. Please help me get back into my account thanks!

Try the forgot password option and if it doesn't work, you will need help of a moderator. Click the question mark for that.

If the reset password function is not working, you will need to contact moderator to help reset password.  

Click on the question mark on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact moderator.  Type: Contact moderator and follow the prompts to submit ticket.
