Hi there.
After a long time, I'm trying to re-activate or create a new account.
However, when I try to create a new account, it says my email already exists.
Then I tried to reset my password without a number, but I couldn't. I have to send a private message to support?!
And who at support? What is the user? etc etc...this is the most complicated process I've ever seen in my whole life.

The usual way to contact support is by the chat icon bottom right of this page as mentioned but if it doesn't work then this link is pre-addressed to private message support:

If your email is still in the system. You account is probably suspended for less than 90 days.
Dial 1-855-4PUBLIC to double check if it is suspended. If it is, you just have to make a manual payment with vouchers and see if that works.
Vouchers can be purchased from:
7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples
If it is not suspended and your account doesn’t exist, you should contact a CS_Agent for further assistance by Submitting a Ticket through Chat bubble.

your service works? you said you try to re-activate or create new account, you meant you have no service now and try to reactivate? or you have service, you just need to login again?
