I am new with public phone.
I tried to login in my account but I don't get any one time passcode. That’s why I can’t login my account.
I tried to login some other accounts as well where I use my phone number for one time passcode. I also don’t get one time passcode for that as well.

After I put my Email OTP. It ask for another OTP which they send to my phone number.

When I try to login. I get OTP in my gmail but it also ask me for another OTP which they send to my phone number but I don’t get that otp.
I switched to Public Mobile today.

@Hasanal For your account, when you get to where you should be entering the code, select "didn't get the code" and you should get an option to get it by email. When you are logged in, go to your Eversafe profile and see if the phone number there is the right one and if not then correct it.
For the other codes, if these are 2 factor authentication codes they don't start working after a change of carriers for a few days. How long have you been with Public Mobile?
