Cant receive texts/calls

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

Hi, I activated my sim last friday, and ported my number over from freedom mobile.  

 

Took a day, but the port went through.  I can make outbound calls/texts, and the DATA works as well.

 

Only problem, is I cannot recieve texts or recieve calls.

 

I am on a samsung s8, does anyone know what the problem is?

This is typical behaviour of a port that did not completely go through! Could you please send me a private message with the phone number in question + your account number with your previous provider? 

 

I'll make sure to re-submit the port request as soon as possible 🙂
